The International Association of Schools of Social Work (IASSW), the International Council on Social Welfare (ICSW) and the International Federation of Social Workers (IFSW), are proud to announce the upcoming Global Social Work Conference; #SWSD2026. This pivotal gathering will bring together a diverse community dedicated to social development and change.

In the spirit of ‘Harambee’, which means ‘all pull together’ in Swahili, we invite you to join us in Nairobi for a conference focused on collaboration and sustainable development in social work.

Venue: Kenyatta International Convention Centre (KICC), Nairobi, Kenya

Audience: This event is open to social work students, practitioners, trainers, social work agencies, government officialsgeneral public, Civil society groups, NGOs and community work groups among others from across the globe.
