The following summary contains
the ten main commitments in the Copenhagen Declaration which was agreed
at the World Summit for Social Development. Under each of these main commitments,
it summarises other key commitments from the Declaration and from the Programme
of Action which was also agreed at the Summit.
The commitments are divided here into two
parts, namely
